Hi Scott, I tried it and could hold the vacuum for 20 seconds and could do 10 reps, should I go with it or do it in the 10-15 range? advice, please.

I have a couple questions about them though.
a.) do I need to get that concavity in the abdomen? If I do them where I blow out all the air, and from there just pull in/flex my abs for like 30 secs, am I doing it wrong? I feel it so much more this way than when I add in the concave stomach part.
b.) Also, when I do them "properly", I blow out all the air, get that fully concave abdomen, then when I go to pull in/flex my abs, my upper abs actually pop out somewhat. Is that normal?
Also also, being able to make my stomach pump is a completely foreign concept. I tried it and I just don't know how to do it.

I have 6 pack but my stomach is sticking out a bit(you can still see the abs when its sticking out) :S will this help me flatten my stomach?
good posture and stronger posture makes you look bigger makes your chest stick out more . specially if you have a small stomach

Why am I the only one wondering if this damages the organs when you do this so often. The muscles are there to protect the organs, not make pudding out of them! But I guess it's all fine, used to do this when I was a kid.
Before you even workout your neck is about to pop off your shoulders it's because you stand up straight when you curl. Put your arms in front of you and then concentrating on the peak

scott does it tighten your lower stomach, cause my lower belly is always out, and i alway's do my ab workouts right. i cinch in or breathe right, i know that breathing in air is bad. idk if i have hernia or a pulled muscle or maybe just weak pelvic floor muscles. or if it's belly fat or stress. or maybe i just need to tighten that area, i've noticed when i do leg raises on the bench lying down leg raises it tightens my lower stomach, but for a while.
can it also be cause i'm not hitting my obliques enough. i know if you don't hit them you'll have more bloated abs
