Ive been having problems with my neck/shoulder. Basically its sore constantly and becomes stiff, i also get like big nerve twitches… Anyway i did physical therapy, but its not helping to much. The doc said i might have to do trigger point injections. Im just wondering what do you think about this, any advice for me? I want to start exercising again, but i cant :/. I know tour not a doc, just some advice would be nice.

You absolutely have the best fitness videos I've seen online. You don't contradict yourself, you explain everything completely (I'm easily confused lol), and might I say it doesn't hurt that you look damn good doing it. LOL Keep up the great work! I am a big fan!

Do you think this is a good cardio workout?
5-10 Sets

Mountain Climbers – 50 reps
Burpee into a pull up – 10 reps
10 Touch twists – 30 reps
High knees – 50 reps
Can you let me know what you think of this workout?

So on the day 2 you start with the barbell deadlift do I do all the sets first 12,10,8,6,4 then move on to the barbell push press and do all the sets on that too before moving on to the leg reps. I'm confused on how to do this
