Hope y’all know this guy is on steroids
Yo Mike. I follow your content since the first Mental Jewels episodes. I gotta say I love the fact that you start to share your experience in Boxing because I am fascinated by the beautiful sport.
Important Question – when you throw the heavy punches – why don't you twirl the foot and put the knee inside? I am really curious.
MadLove from Poland.

Thanks for this! Strength, endurance, and stamina are higher than they’ve ever been thanks to boxing. Just started last month so I appreciate these tutorials! Do you have a video of you shadow boxing?
New sub, your channel is the business man. I'm currently on a major weight loss journey. I started at 414lbs🙄 and am currently at 360 👌 1 day at a time the big Mike vids keeping me motivated and educated.

i like mike but when he said "just drinking water is not enough to hydrate you " i knew he sold out…..fuckin guy if he wanted to plug that product he could have done it without lying. he could have said this helps or gives you a boost not that water isnt enough..fuckin guy
This is how I am I love bodybuilding but can decently box, they say bodybuilders can't box but some guys that were naturally born like a boxer but never went pro and got into bodybuilding got big are gonna be heavy hitters, boxing has always been my form of cardio also, buff but can box💯
Title correction. "Hitting a heavy bag", certainly not "Heavy bay training".
I appreciate this Brother, I am a self taught boxer for about almost two years and going to be sparring soon. I am going to incorporate this "30,30" training, blessings.
No disrespect to Mike but he really gonna have to slack on the heavy weight training, especially on the back but period if he wanna compete in boxing.Lean muscles are always better in boxing plus to much muscle slows your extension on your punch.thats only if he's going to compete in the ring which I saw 1 of his videos where it was his first pro fight
Hey Mike, I am following your training and appreciate all your tutorials but I have got one question. Most of the power shots I do kind of hurt in my wrist. Especially the number two kind of always hurts even though I wear proper gloves and bandages. Am I doing something wrong or is it normal that it hurts a little bit in the wrist when hitting really hard?
Cheers for putting this video out there. At my age I'm back to being a beginner but love the workout, thumbs up to you bud great tuition 👍👍👍
How many rounds?!!
Suggestion my opinion only hydrate……water with a pinch of Celtic Salt…..contains up to 84 minerals…..please research….great video…….just came back from a full body work out and 5 rounds of heavy bag, 72 yrs young, vegetarian
He should fight deontay wilder
Bro great video anytime you on the east coast come to Bmore and visit Mack Lewis boxing gym
0:15 Yo, what's that Punching bag trynna say in the back?
Ur muscle memory should have u bringing ur hands up – my trainer had me doing that naturally after 1 month – I learned the hard way – even when I worked the bag hand would come back to position
Yo man, it’s nice to see a guy as big and knowledgeable as you are and you don’t come off arrogant. Wisdom and muscle. Great channel
Hood work
