If you dont have a resisitence band what can you use instead?
You can use light free weights for the rear deltoid exercise (2-5lbs). Not as easy to substitute the band with free weights in the "Bend and Arm Press", you would need to do a different exercise to target the back such as a Lying Overhead Extension or Single Legged Dumbell Rows.
