Hello, first of all I would like to thanks you really much for your workouts, I love them all!!! I live in a very small place and got neighbours underneath so working out at home can be really tricky. I would like to know how often I should do your workouts and how many a day? Can I just mix and match a few everyday (maybe 2 or 3)? thanks for your answer! please keep posting especially the 40 mins one!!! 🙂
