Normally I do 4 videos three times a week, following whatever body part that is focused on in the calendar that day. Usually Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I run for about 45 minutes-1 hour three times a week. Usually Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Sunday is my rest day where I stretch. With abs it's a little harder for me to complete the videos because my core isn't super strong and my balance needs to improve. I started the 4th video and just couldn't go any longer. 🙁 I have seen massive improvement in the toning of my body. Haven't lost any weight yet, but the scale says I gained two pounds, even though I know that's just muscle from starting a whole new type of workout. Thank you so much Cassey!!!! Love you! :)))

If I were you, I would definitely modify some of the exercises because I don’t want to hurt my back and I just want to have the benefits of this work out but not hurt myself you know what I mean?
