Should I be concerned if this work out gives me severe pain in my wrists? Especially my right wrist (I'm right handed so maybe I use this one more…)

Honestly, I hate this workout. Don't get me wrong it's a great workout but it is so difficult lol I am proud to say that i did not stop as much as a I did before so I'm sure once i get stronger the hate will faaade away haha
omg cassey you will not believe how happy i am! i remember doing these during the #FABruary calender and i remember stopping every moment and i would whine at how long each exercise lasted, but now, i was like "hey these are actually pretty short." and then it hit me that i improved <3 IM SO FRICKIN HAPPY YAS C: so lets ALL WORK HARD AND KEEP IMPROVING SO THAT WE'RE NOT ONLY PROUD WITH OURSELVES, WE'RE MAKING CASSEY PROUD AS WELL <333

I agree , this is the hardest video. Even I have been doing pop pilates almost for 11 months, I can't still do the whole video. I have to stop every minute..

Did this once every week in February, and now I'm back – can't believe it's gotten easier! The only 'problem' I have now is to make a nice final full tricep dip at the end, because mine's more like 3 down and 2 up. xD

I've been doing this workout for over 8 months regularly, probably one or twice a week along with loads other blogilates workouts. It was always my toughest arm workout and I still find it really hard, but today was the first time I did two of the chyrango yoga arm things (sorry for spelling!) fully on my feet. I could barely do them on my knees starting. Keep at this workout if it's hard for you because the progress feels amazing. So much to thank you for Cassie, love you! Xx

Cassey, I considered myself to be very strong as a former powerlifter and bodybuilder, until I met you, that is! You have changed the way I think about working out and have pushed me beyond my limits! Even my husband the hard-core athletic trainer is noticing the difference! thank you! And, I want to celebrate and encourage others: I've been consistently doing the tricep toner workout once a week for at least 6 weeks (maybe more), and today is the FIRST time I've finished it without collapsing at the end! Stick with it guys! You CAN do it! 🙂

am doing this after a long time and feel so good. a year ago, I wasn't able to do any of the moves as directed but today I was able to:) not perfect though….will keep trying and do this atleast once a week. hopefully I will then be able to strengthen the triceps and be able to do the tricep push-ups well. got a new goal now! good luck to me:)

My triceps have never hurt so badly! I kept thinking the workout was over (like 10 times), but Cassey always had more in store for me! 😅
Time slows every time I do her workout videos, but for this one… time stopped.
I this video 17 month ago when I started doing blogilates, and I could not do anything. Now, I can actually follow along!! Of course, I am doing beginner variations. Lol. But this is such a good video to work in to! My hope is that one day, not too far from now, I'll be able to do this!! It's been a million years since I've done this one because it's so hard and that ending got me real good; had completely forgotten that there was a little bit of extra stuff after the 'last' tricep kicks lol. But luckily it always feels so good to finish haha.

I’m horrifically uncoordinated and unbalanced and couldn’t actually do any of these without falling over so I just did Dumbbell triceps presses the entire time. Shoutout to my dyspraxic homies!

I just did this session in 2021,o m g in the end I was swearing but my voice came out manly, hahahah like some demon inside me was screaming at you but I swear it wasn't me.
