Really hard but really good workout
Oh my god those moves during the earthquake hold in the first part killed my abs. Ahhhh!
Why can't I do part 1? I start since June but every day have 1 or 2 video I can't watch that day. Can anyone explain? I follow the calendar TT.TT

Ah-mazing workout! I also didn't do 3 of the videos from yesterday, so I did those today in addition to today's workout and a 20 minute run. I feel so good 🙂

I died
I think I injured my elbows last week when I started the calendar. They really really hurt and I have to take the arm moves and the plank moves really easy or else they hurt even worse.
I did the (very long! o.O) december 13th workout today … and I just wanted to say that I love to see those older videos here and there because you get to do moves that you rarely see on the newer ones… so yay for variety! (but 70+ minutes? pheeeewww ^^')

The December 13 workout was so long today, but totally so much fun and worth it!! I did them all and modified when I needed to, but still pushed.
I hate those old videos they are just so slooooooooooooooow….
Soo intense!! I couldn't do it all, but I'm gonna work towards it!!

why isn't part 1 available anymore..
Just did both parts this afternoon after realizing that asthma wasn't going to permit me to do my HIIT workout at my full ability today. Gotta keep moving, right?? Loved the burn!
