I’m on day 4 of this and today added the 10 minutes seniors as well, I’m 55, depressed and a stone overweight. Just amazing how much better I already feel. Joe is the only fitness person I’ve ever been able to stick with. Feels like he’s talking to me personally. If you’re depressed, no fitness and out of shape I urge you to give this a try. 💕

I'm overweight but these workouts are the BEST. I try and do 2-3 of them each day eg. 5 min abs, 5 min butt, 10 min cardio. But honestly, if I'm really struggling I just make myself do the 10 min HIIT, as long as I do something each day. Best workouts on youtube imo.

Finally! I've been looking for a work out that really is beginner friendly. Especially for over for 40 plus. It's well paced and before I knew it I was done and felt motivated. You have a soothing voice too.

It's true what he says "the motivation is at the end of the workout". This is my favourite workout on YouTube. No excuse, only 10 mins.
