I’ve been doing and following Casey for quite a while. In the beginning of most of her videos, it’s about going down vertebrate by vertebrate. I never seem to be able to do that “vertebrate by vertebrate” move while going down. Half way through, I just slap my back onto the floor. Does anyone else have that problem? I want to make sure it’s not just me 😭
