for some reason the grasshoppers killed my hip bones even with padding so that was really really hard bc it hurt my bone so much but it was a great video cassey 🙂

Day 18! I really tried to do the first move, but couldn't. The position was just too hard to handle and to keep stable! Then Cassey showed the other position that works too but is easier so I went with it 🙂 Yes, I can feel my butt burnin a bit now. Nice workout.

I've been doing this particular video for like… 10 years now. I keep coming back to it because it's so good. The moves aren't extra complicated and they give a proper burn. Love it!
