Day 5 in beginner calendar. Not going to lie i was really dreading working out today, log day at work, and I feel drained. But I still pushed though it and now im really happy that I did 🙂

Day 16, the first time I did this video i gave up halfway through. Now I managed to complete it!
Was feeling stronger until I attempted this 😅 I'm doing the original beginners calendar (did the new one last month, and after this month i will do the regular calendar)

How is this for beginners? I'm honestly crying in frustration and disappointment right now. How am I supposed to do this stuff if I can't even keep my leg straight? I only feel fat and useless and unfit.
This was pretty beginner friendly until she bent herself like a shrimp lmao
I can't get my feet past my head! And can't even use my abs to bring my legs even close to coming that far back.
