Hi there! How do you recommend to do exercise? Doing 10 min a day is enought, or should do the workouts twice or combating diferent vids? Can i train every day? I love your channel, and I do your workouts a lot. I combine with treadmill or cicling.

Yes I agree cant even believe it. even i was very sad since i workout well for abs but nothing was coming.

Between the surprising part is my friend who is not doing much excercises, maintaining his six pack with this secret food items.
