I did it!!! Not done exercise for a few weeks but now I’ve sent myself a challenge of an hour a day-half hour in the morning and half hour in evening so this 20min one really helped towards my morning session! I love it when there’s no repeaters!! Such a good work out, I feel good!! Thanks Lucy ❤️❤️

Lucy!! I've been away from you! AND SO Glad to be back!! I had been doing different videos and one is someone who has a channel for 50 and over but she is not qualified as you. With my previous background career in Physical Therapy, I knew something was just not right for me though even though she is a lovely person. I just finished this and going on to do a Barre or a Yoga. I'm going to look you up on Instagram as I have that now again. Do you ever do any barefoot fusion videos? Anyways, Glad to be back with you and with you, my heart rate stayed up pretty good. TYSM, Love and Hugs from Jillie (59yrs), South TX …… with health issues. P.S……I have been having knee pain all month and that usually happens in the heat of the summer and during the cold winters but this did NOT hurt my knees at all!! Thanks again!! (fibromyalgia, spinal stenosis, auto immune, herniations, spinal spurring, scoliosis, osteoarthritis AND STILL GOING!!!) ♥️🙋🏻♀️ P.S…Also, do you have any standing Theraband videos for strengthening? I'll have to look. ✌🏼

This is one of my favorites. I could barely make it through the video when I started 2 months ago. Consistency is the key and I totally enjoy exercising at home.

Just done this one and plus an extra minute jog in place to round it up to 200cal burned!!! Yippee!!! Felt great! Yesterday I did the first three from your Top 5 Free Home Workout playlist plus a few minutes active movement to round up my calory burn to 300. I started with you at covid high.. (winter wonderland) and several months later , I looked healthy and great! Didn't realize how wonderful I looked until I took my improved look for granted and started yoga. Great for stretching, felt good, but recent photos said Nay Nay. That was a mistake! The healthy look wasn't there so now I'm back with you. You make every second of every minute of the workout sound like it's the last nono second my muscles will have to feel the burn and if not it's for my own good! And I keep going! All the best, you are the greatest

I have been doing your shorter 14 days challanges, and I did this today! I LOVED IT, went by like a breeze.
I like how this one ends with the jump-roping movement. Lets me go all-out with whatever I have left for the end.
