I done this quite a couple of times, but this is the first time that I could actually hear that you said that your nails were getting too long. I've always misheard you say the song was getting a little too long.. xD
Hey Cassey, thank you so much for your wonderful program. However, I am not a beginner and the September Workout is wayyyy too hard for me. I went back to the Beginners Calendar but I am not sore. How can I deal with it? Also please here a little request, could you offer us another stretching routine? Thank you Cassey, you are amazing.
I just did the whole thing without dropping my knees! I was shaking so much, but I did it! This workout paired with the Want U Back Arms Challenge has made my arms so much stronger and I'm so happy because my upper body strength has never been that great.Thanks Cassie!
Can't do the move where you are in push up position and lift your arm and leg… My right wrist is too weak to support me!!

This was the first blogilates video I started doing back in 2012, struggled so much with it at the time. came back to it this week and I finished the whole thing without stopping once. Made me so happy to be reminded in such a small way at how strong I've become and how far I've come since then. Blogilates has seriously changed me and my life for the better 😀 x
I havent done this workout in a while. Managed to do it all through without going down to my knees. Great challenge!

Love this workout! Just what I was looking for.
I actually prefer this type of push-up workout that uses the body's weight rather than the weight-less arm circle type workouts. 😊
