day 18 done :p strechhing for flexibility now
Is it just me or was this extremely easy? And I'm on day 4 btw not 18
day 4 2/3 done! my leg was on fire after being told to hold and keep pulsing, but i pushed thru!
day 18! getting easier, but the ankle in front-leg pulsing hurt a bunch for me. maybe because I'm tired from yesterday's muffin massacre lmao.
This was so helpful! I've been looking for a quick thigh workout to pair with ten minute cardio sessions (so I can burn fat AND tone my legs) and this video was perfect. I'm a beginner and I only really took one break. Thanks for posting!
we ARE the girl in purple shorts
quick question guys, i have short big muscles so is it going to help to have a slimming effect on my thighs or something ? because i really don't want to have Hulk's legs
this is the only workout vid of cassey's where i didn't die!
Can i know what's the song in 1.00?
This was posted on my 14th Birthday
WOWOWOW so hard! I relaxed on Friday instead of doing my day 4, but I'm back baby!

This not a good video. The angle is not good and hard to follow.
The inner thigh side raise hurt my hip bone that was on the ground 🙁
The girl in the blue tank top 💙💙💙
By the way, that V position is called Pilates Stance
I scrolled and scroed and scrolled and I love this workout but I really can't find the name of that first song. Anyone know?
Yeah so if you really want to feel the burn, add a resistance band. OWTCH
Who’s watching this in the 2020 quarantine?
Really helpful for a beginner. I’ll keep doing this every week until my legs are strong enough then I’ll transition to more challenging workouts. Thank you
