If u have no access to gym machines what do most of you do. I either do 10 min of hiit cardio 50/10 after each round. So I actually get 30 min in and on a higher move/rest ratio. Ifcyou r new stick with 20/10. and perhap only after the final two rounds.
How often should I do Pop HIITs in a week? I have access to a gym at work but no Internet access to follow the Sweatember calendar. Can I do Pop HIITs a few times in a week instead?

thanks for the HIIT videos, Cassey! It's my first experience with this way of working out and it's starting to grow on me. This one, so far, has been the most difficult. My left wrist started hurting near the end since I was in the plank position a lot. I'm not sure exactly what i was doing wrong though, maybe putting too much weight on it. Anyone else have wrist issues?
did this last week on days I didn't run. left me sore almost a week 🙂
