Am i the only one who didn't manage all the 3 sets? :/
First set, DONE! Two more to go!!! (sweating like a… very sweaty person XD)
I AM DONE! Phew, I stop a couple of times but I did it~! Now since I cant go out for a run nor gym (night time already) I'll do my 40 min cardio 😀
I feel like a failure. I could only do this once. Not a good day today :/

I just did this in addition to the "5 min ab express workout POP pilates" (Day 13 on the calendar for january 2014) and omg… I'm very much of a beginner and I cannot believe I survived through the whole 3 sets! I've never been this motivated, thank you Cassey!
Trying to get in shape back for track season. After XC, this calendar is much needed and so helpful. I am so happy because this is my first day I've actually completed. Thanks, Cassey!!!! 🙂
What can I use to replace the kettlebell since I do not have one?

If I do one of these pop hiit's, do I also have to do cardio after it? After I do a pop hiit, I usually just do three or four pilates videos and then I'm done. Should I also be doing cardio if I'm doing this video?

Wooooaaaaaaah! I was really struggling through this workout! I had to take a break after the really intense cardio moves, because they made my heartrate so fast, I started feeling sick, just like you do before fainting. But I kept telling myself that the really hard workouts are what changes you and I made it to the end! Sooo pumped for the DecemBURN calendar!

wow i am sweating like crazy! I couldn't do the running part though because my treadmill is broken (it skips and is really scary) 🙁
The pain I felt when I watched this 3 minute video to find out it was an hour long workout T^T. I didn't look at it this morning past the time, and decided to do your other Pilates videos to make up the other 55 minutes… Dx Should've watched it first!

I've never understood someone saying "sorry" to something that they're not sorry for. Like at least add in "not really" and be honest about it.
