Love me a throwback workout! Finished this workout and did it back to back! I think it might be a first for me! Usually I struggle to do everything.

remember this being so so hard for me…. doing it today really showed me how much stronger my arms and back got! rocking pop pilates with Cassey since 2013! 🙂
Sep 9,I guess this is my first time doing this particular workout coz these moves are a little bit difficult with weights or may be my soil bottles are heavy 😅.
