I really needed to lose weight. I’m approaching my 32th birthday and I was very fat. I was desperate because I could no longer fit into my cute clothes and fat pants are just not for me! okay everyone who is freaking out in the comments saying that this isn't actually healthy needs to relax…there are so many different ways to sustain a healthy diet and body; everyone has to find what works for them. and the nutritional sciences are ever expanding— we didn't know half of what we know now ten years ago and our knowledge is constantly changing and being updated. dietetics is like that, as are most of the sciences. our knowledge is super incomplete and nutrition is meant to be applied to individual bodies; it's not a science where one opinion of what's healthy and what's not is going to be completely true and applicable for every SINGLE body. just saying.

Have you ever thought to yourself, some people, like myself included cannot eat high carb foods because it really messes with their body. But who cares about that as long as you get to share your ignorant comments thorough a screen. 😊😊

ok these haters are so annoying high carb diets work for some ppl and low carb diets work for some ppl. This recipe looks really good Cassie <3 also you should research the proper way to use a mandolin bc it can be a rlly helpful tool and also instead of that small contraption a vegetable peel would work 😀

actually cooking tomatoes is healthier! When cooked, our bodies absorb cancer fighting properties and nessesery nutrients. Same goes w squash and carrots

Ricotta cheese is good for ricotta and just as low cal. Mascarpone is more for dessert IMHO but I've seen recipes that use them both. I've substituted with ricotta and no-cal sweetener to make desserts instead of mascarpone.

Everyone in this comment section doesn't seem to know the difference between simple and complex carbs. They also seem to think that bread is healthier than dairy and meat.
