That could be because you're not eating enough calories.. your body 'keeps' everything that comes in (like stocking up) because it's not getting enough food and vitamins & stuff. If you don't eat more than 2000 cal. per day your fine! Look at the sartuated fats and that sort of stuff.

less than 500?? but in order to burn fats you need energy…eat clean, frequently in small portions, then follow the workouts and see the results. good luck! 🙂

you should be eating more than that, minimum 2200. Your body is starving so your weight wont change much

Maybe you should be eating more calories? I know this sounds stupid but when your body gets so small calories its going into starvation mode and it holds on to as much as it can. Your metabolism takes a nosedive and you can end up holding up to 10 pound of water weight. Also your hair and nails will become brittle your skin will become drier. Your heart, bones and brain take the most damage and your teeth will look horrifying. At the end you will loose your MUSCLES instead of fat. (1/2)

So please just eat clean, by eating 5 or 6 small meals a day lots of vegetable and fruit no or ONE piece of sweet per day. And exercise how you are already doing and you will see changes. And keep in mind that when you are on a diet like that, you will have to be on that all your life,because the main problem hasnt solved itself, the problem of unhealthy eating and self-hate. And you will learn to love yourself, because everybody knows exercise gives you endorphins and endorphins make you happy.

What if you hate raw vegetables and so whenever you exercise, you don't know how to eat healthy because you totally hate vegetables?

This is so awful. I have been training like a beast. Eating healthy but not too much or too less. But I still gained 1kg (~2lbs) instead of loosing anything. And my body does not look any better. Instead my belly kinda grew. ._.

@blogilates do you think if i run one mile and one round of this workout, i can loose 20 pounds? if not what do you suggest as a daily workout plus ( i am 13 yrs:5'3:146lbs) plus i eat right help!!!

Hey Cassey! I'm not super skinny by no means but I am happy with my body, I would just like to be more toned. Epecially in my thighs! Can you still get toned up even if your not super skinny? Please answer! (: By the way, I weigh about 135.
