I love Cassey with all my heart but thank God, she got better audio equipment now. The music overlapped with her instructions and I had to keep looking at the video to ensure I was doing it right.

Day 17 of the beginner's calendar is complete with this lovely stretch. I love doing Cassey's stretching videos after her workouts. They feel so great and seem to slowly be improving my flexibility.

This is the first time I realized that she said at the end "we are going into the splits right after this" but then we never did. Not that i'm complaining because I am not ready for the splits LOL but just something I noticed! Love you, Cassey!!
