the burpee was great! … but those butterfly bridges…OMG, and then after wwith the leg out- honestly i wasn't able to do that, so i jest tried to keep my leg steady… so hard, but this was great! Thanks Cassey!

That was awesome Cassey! By the end there, I wasn't sure my butt would even lower out of bridge! Surprisingly, in all my following of you, I've never seen this video; I'll definitely be adding it in to practice more!

whenever i am laying down with one knee bent and the other leg working with my pelvis off the floor, my leg that is bent always ends up having a cramping feeling in the back of the thigh. am i doing something wrong?

It would be a shame for you not to melt fat when other normal people are able to lose weight easily with Fat Blast Furnace (search for it on google).

Was it just me but on the very last move, that it was only one side? I had to redo the last minute or two of the video to do my other leg because I swear there was never an alert to switch legs.

Is it me or is anyone else with a big butt having a problem doing bridge kicks? I have a lot of weight there and it's impossible for me to keep my butt up when trying to kick my leg.
