21 day in quarantine in a hotel room in Hong Kong with no right to leave. I did that workout many times. I am asthmatic and not an active person but it was perfect for me and each time I was like I cannot do more, there was another exercise so the variety and time spent on each exercise is PERFECT.

Great workout! I love the countdown timer; it keeps me going. One thing I wish, though, is that there were a countdown timer for individual exercises or sets of exercises.

I love this workout. I first found it about 6yrs ago. I weighed 279 lbs. It killed me the first month. But after about 6 months of doing it 5 times a week I was feeling great. I also changed my eating habits a bit. But I was able to drop down to 145 lbs! Then life got a hold of me 😂. Started to gain some here and there. Just recently started this back up. Going on the third wk and I am feeling amazing!
