She’s nominated for an Emmy, but we wanted to know how actress Kerry Washington got her award-worthy abs. We met up with her trainer, Tadeo, and learned Kerry’s favorite moves from his soccer-inspired Cuerpaso workout. It’s dynamic, dancy, and downright fun. The moves keep the heart rate up while toning the waist and lifting the rear.

I think you guys need a new host. She doesn't really do the workout correctly and she is kinda of awkward with some things she says.

I just tried this workout, AMAZING!!!! Can you do more rounds of the moves once they become easy to be more effective? I love it!!!
