Well, if you have scoliosis you can't even do hip twist

I really hate moves that last like 2 mins. I am a beginner i never did any kind of fitness. I used to play basketball and swim. Generally active like cycling so i find it really hard to just do one movement for a period of time and when it is a ab workout it kills me. I am sure this is a great workout. But i just struggle to finish.
i'm doing the beginner's calendar for the second time, this video still kill me. I can't even do the hip twist without shoes or my toes hurt -_-

Honestly got into a burning rage when Cassie kept saying "Almost there" and proceeded to do hip twists for an eternity!

The tap tap hip twist plank lift and center seemed to last forever😱 it was tough lol but the hardest moves are those who make me wanna go on and master them! 👑 thank you in 2020💖👑

Day 9 of the Beginner's Calendar and 2/3 videos complete. This was way harder than I expected but I should have known since I previewed the comments. One last video to do which is stretching.

Almost done with day 9 the hip twist butt lift took forever, I’m sweating I’m gonna do some more of those before heading to the stretching video cause I had to rest y’all I’m not strong like Cassey is

I used to do that workout a lot, and now I have rediscovered it. 🙂 I just don't do it to the end, because the last move takes so long it gets boring. xD I rather do another ab workout after.
Am I the only beginner who couldn't do half the moves? The one at 4.08 literally killed me! I did like two of those and I had to stop… Hope to become stronger

I felt my abs more with the crunches, also with the crunches I had to do the scrunch kind because I am too fat for the other kind, but I kept trying! And with the plank stuff I felt it all in my arms because i had to make room for my gut towards the floor. I was on my knees too.
i just finished this fully. took me a few weeks to be able to. my hands are shaking as i write this, killer video!

The end plank move is too way long and defeating, I’ve been working out my whole life and have never been able to complete it fully
