I loved it
The workout is good and the moves are fun, but the people are so over-the-top peppy and upbeat i never want to do it again. I'm generally an upbeat person, but dear god this video is annoying. The trainers seem like some sort of satirical caricatures of real people. If they just dialed it back to a 7, I'd love the workout. As is, it's ruined by the trainers (or it's ruined by whoever is telling the trainers to act so ridiculously).

This barre workout feels more like ballet than other barre workouts I've done. PSA: Don't wear socks that will make you slide. The plank exercises are hard when your feet are sliding.

Wrong. There is no discussion about not rolling feet inward to avoid sickling and muscle/tendon damage. As a dancer I do not recommend this workout.

Barre is ballet
I’m a 34 yrs old male and your workout is so tough! I followed it and I thought I won’t even finish it. But it was so worth it. I felt stretched and my knees and thighs are trembling
