Holding a static plank is great for you core, but adding a jumping-jack motion pushes the move to another level by raising the heart rate while working both the lower and upper body. Take our one-minute challenge to see how many plank jacks you can do in just 60 seconds. You might even beat our number!

I have a question. When I do this plank, do I need to wear wrist support?
Thanks!

Three weeks ago I started doing plank jacks before my usual sit ups. I've been doing 30 plank jacks every time I workout, 30 reps, but I could only do 10 in a row. They require more muscle in the deltoids than I expected.
Last week I managed 15 in a row, and this morning I did 30 plank jacks in a row!
loool you weak!
I really need help alighting my arms with my shoulders I dont know what I'm doing wrong but every time that I tried to do a workout that requires to put my arms one of them feels twisted or weird
This used glutes and legs does it make them bigger because it requires there strength
