I'm in perimenopause and had an in office procedure due to an out of control menstrual system and after, I started getting bad hot flashes.I guess I traded one symptom for another.I was getting desperate and found a video claiming that taking 2 tbsps of acv with a sweetener and warm water twice a day would help.After a couple of weeks I realized I wasn't getting the hot flashes anymore.So,I don't know about weight loss but, acv does help with other problems.

I started drinking grapefruit juice with apple cider vinegar and honey before each meal. And I have been sipping throughout the day. My appetite has drastically decreased and I don't snack at all. And I am a huge junk food Eater. I don't chug it though.

This does work in adding weight loss. I tried it. My problem is my diet. I couldn’t get my diet under control because, of my cravings. I put apple cider vinegar in my immunize support tea and literally my cravings are gone and I’m eating less. It does help.
