A little warm up, but as for me, too many exercises for arms.
when u say squeeze do you mean that we need to squeeze the fist on the dumbells?I m not sure about it…

Great workout but what happened to the other leg glute isolator!?
You guys forgot to do the other leg for the glute incinerator. had to add that in after the whole workout…
