This is a fantastically designed workout Cassey. There's enough changes to targeted groups so that I am able to go through the whole workout without needing a break but still feel completely worn out after. Perfect A+.

I really love the dancing with weights- thingy!! It's so much fun while the burn is reeeeeeal but you can so overthink it while doing the dance moves pretty ! :)))
