So this works out your ventral area? The lower abdominal area which gives that V at the waist line

@RitzBitzer Hello there, This workout gets is name because it is executed in the ventral (forward) plane of your body (as well as the dorsal/back) You are correct that this exercise uses your abdominal muscles as well as many of the other muscles around the "V" area of your abdominal muscles and hips, but I would not suggest using this exercise to specifically target that area. Try this instead – Jack Knife Crunch (Lv 2)
