Winner of a video, been searching for "how to get a muffin top" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of – Weniley Muffin Maticulous – (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my brother in law got great results with it.

i'm gonna try this out & update for every day.

DAY 1 – did it twice – 11m workout. not really feeling any difference. many of the moves were hard to accomplish successfully.

DAY 2 – didn't do – but noticed a difference

I want to get better with my muffin top …damn since late teen yrs all stress caused an ugly muffin top belly ..no matter how much I loose weight and wht I do it will not go …. anyone who tried it out tell me please this worked on them

I have a medical condition that prevents me from putting any weight on my elbows. You have a few exercises in ur video where u put ur weight on the elbow. How can I modify the exercise so I can work the same muscle group?

Ok i have seen alot of these and they never finish so imma do it for 2 weeks straight I may skip some days but ill try to update yall
(Im doing this 2 times a day in the afternoon and night, im 17 years old, around 160 and 5’8, i eat a something small in morning, i dont eat in afternoon till about 3:006:00 and after i eat light snacks or fruit)
Day one: felt pain cant lie but I enjoyed the twist with a figure 8 (i didnt write in day one so here)
Day two: could do 90% of the work out and felt more stretching, i can’t really see any results and i felt burn and stuff in my lower part of stomach 🙂
Day three: i see a change 100% 😀

Taking a few day break 🙁 got into a horrible situation and stuff ill be back
