You’re busy, and the American College of Sports Medicine knows this, so it created a seven-minute, high-intensity workout for you to squeeze as much sweat as you can out of a short exercise session. To truly reap the benefits of this fitness quickie, the ACSM recommends doing three reps of the workout. Get prepped with a mat and chair, since there are some step-ups coming your way. i was planning of doing this workout tonight until i found out there will be "push-up" needed! Ouchh!! I can't do that! 🙁
reminds me of the jillian michaels 30 day shred workouts ( which I do almost every day) .. I love circuit workouts and theyre so intense! will def try this one one day 🙂 <3

Love how the instructor gives specific instructions to go full range, transition to modified, and the girl is still only doing partial range…..Stay on your knees young lady and go full range!
This has been my favorite for about 8 years now. Every time I see that I've gained some weight, usually because my schedule gets busier, I start doing this 7-min workout and I tone up in about a week with no change in diet. Generally, I try to eat well and I stay active.
Love it! Have been doing this every morning for a while now. I feel and see changes in my body. I hate working out 😅 so this 7 minutes suits me perfect. Takes that guilt away 😝 and gives nice results

Really awesome way to stay fit. Have been doing this for few months now and I can feel the energy. Good instructors – very clear and precise.
