I really like these workouts! Intervaltraining is such a good thing and they're also full of ideas and exercices I didn't know yet. I like the long workouts with you as well but this is just as perfect. Printable is SOOO HANDY and you also keep the homegirls without weights in mind 🙂 awesome job! Greetings from Belgium!

Well when the video is short , we are given more to do , and in the end doing all of this will take longer than a 10-13 minute video . Because she isn't there to push us to get up and keep going . But I like working out and I spend my time working out .. so doesn't matter if its a long or short video .
That was such a great and enjoyable workout! I really loved it!
