This works if you keep at it. I started it 4 weeks ago, no weights and not able to lift my legs very high or keep up with any of the exercises. 4 weeks on and I'm using 2 tins of beans as weights 😂 I can almost touch my toes on the leg raises! I do this 4 times in a row without a break now. Every single morning in my pjs as soon as I get up 😊 I'm Loving it! I've just ordered my weights. My waist is gradually getting smaller and I've lost 8lb just from doing this, calorie counting and getting out for a walk as much as I can. Thank you pop sugar! I really struggle to get down on the floor, and i have knees that crunch if i do exercises like jumping Jack's so this is perfect for me 😊😊
Love this! Great for short effective ab workout on it's own (I repeated twice, and could be repeated more), or to incorporate in to a longer full body workout – thank you!
