I struggle with the single leg stretch everytime. My neck goes all sore during and after. Are there alternatives?

I never realized how out of shape I am until trying this. I wanna try to do this at least 5 days a week and see how I do. Wish me luck.

I'm an aerialist (or i try to be haha) and I was pretty active pre-covid/quarantine, and then when everything shut down and I couldn't go to the studio anymore, I got stuck in a really depressive and sedentary rut :/ Now in September, my studio had to shut down permanently and I'm sick of being sad and just sitting on my ass.
So, I'm doing your beginner workout calendar this month!! Thank you for being so positive and helping me to love working out and moving again!!!

I did this with the love handles massacre pilates and two days in, my love handles and belly area hurt everytime I laugh and move but I’m proud that I found something good for my body. Pilates workout was the one for my body. I’m soo happy. Will be continuing with this routine now. 😊♥️
I really weakened my body with all the sitting down and staying home these past few months. I am now trying to get fit again slowly without straining my body too much so I can keep up the healthy movement from home 🙂

Revisited this today and realized how much stronger and confident my body had become.
I had been lifting heavy previously for a year without much results. I chanced upon this video back in Nov '19 and had since been committing myself to Casey for almost daily on my off days.

I'm on day 5 of the beginner's calendar and I just cannot do a roll up! :'( Even with knees bent, and even when trying to grab my thighs…I always end up pushing myself up with my elbow. I keep trying to roll up without the use of my elbow assisting me, but I just can't seem to do it 🙁 Any advice?

Ok I realize I'm late to the party, but I'm so glad I just discovered you, Cassey! You are clearly a born teacher. I've tried many pilates workouts before and this is the first time it's felt fun and accessible to me and I enjoyed the workout all the way to the end. I'm ready for more! <3

Hey Cassey!!! I guess I can do this workout everyday with a stretch or should I follow your schedule of each month? Actually I'm preparing for medical entrance exams in India and it's really competitive here..I can only give 30 mins..will it be enough to slim me down?? I'm currently at 68.5 kg.. Please reply

My ADHD makes it hard to do workouts, but this went very quickly! I love working out because I’m hyperactive so I’ll stay consistent with this. 😁
