When you Drink Protein shakes direct After a workout it wont help you gain Muscels mass because the Protein are Used in this case for your ATP Production

I am a big fan of yours sweetie! You are so very beautiful and have a beautiful figure also! I used to be in great shape, but being older with knee disabilities has caused alot of trouble for me! i got 39.6g grams of protein, its a little bit like a test but its mostly math (your current weight x 0.36 = how many grams of protein to take)
