Hi PopSugar! Love your videos! Could you please do a workout for people with tendinitis? I am allowed to work out but some workouts are too hard on the knee and flare up the tendinitis again!

Omg my stomach feels like there is a string being pulled so tight up and down my stomach! I currently weigh 184 but if the rest of your workouts are anything like this I think these stubborn 44 lbs. will come off in no time! Thank you for having these videos posted!

Anna is my hero! All of her videos are a treat. Like a kick my lazy butt treat. I do one about 5 times a week and I feel so great after just six weeks. I don't hurt like I used to and I'm happy to workout each morning

Anna.. U r super awesome… That baby roll and atomic crunch was full of fun and crazy… And it was so difficult to hold onto the ones with gliders but thankfully i could do.. Thank u so much for ur lovely workouts.. I am following them daily…. 😊 😊 😊 😊
