This is the HARDEST, most TORTUROUS ab flattening, waist whittling routine I have EVER performed. I dare you to proceed at your own risk. Beginner modification is advised if you feel like you’re about to collapse from exhaustion. Before I filmed the video, I challenged myself to 100 Waist Whittlers, not knowing if this was possible or not. I STRUGGLED. MAJORLY. Watch to see if I completed it or not.
WARNING: The next day my abs were the most sore they’ve been since I started Pilates 11 years ago. However, I also noticed a nice abdominal separation in the middle of my upper abs.

Stopped at 4:13, tried to distract myself by reading comments but my elbows burn so much. Will do this challenge until I complete the advance in full

I always knew that I need to count by myself cause I can't keep up with you. Haha. I had to combine beginners and advanced moves just so I can finish.
I'm in Day 8 of the #2020challenge.
It’s 6 years too late, but I have really sensitive knees and they hurt every time I move backwards. Is there any fix to that where I can avoid feeling the crunching of bone? I’m just starting out so advanced is a little too much for me right now
i hate this video so much. Even more than the one with fans choosing her workout. If there would be a countdown at least.
I honestly didn't know if I could finish it, even doing it on my knees. But I did! I may have only done around 90 but who cares? Woohoo!

omg I cannot believe I just completed all of this with no breaks or major difficulties. I'm not bragging istg but I really surprised myself this time. I feel so proud of myself rn, if I can do it THEN YOU CAN DO IT!! keep challenging your body and itll bring u so much joy x
I forgot to count, so I started over and did 30 in easy position and 15 in normal position. I guess I was around 50 when I started over so I guess I've got the 100 (almost 😅)
WOW!!! can’t believe i just did this, not on my knees!!! i took pauses after each 20, but i’m still so proud!! i’m going to keep working hard and i know one day ill be able to do it all the way through without stopping🤩🤩

Even though this was on the forearms, my wrists are so shot. I was able to do 50 advanced mode, had to pause, cause my wrists were hurting. Then I did the other 50 in advanced mode. Progress, and that I did it is all I care about. You can do this!
I tried this for the first time and counted myself. I think a nice way to split these is 20-30-30-20. Worked for me and I managed to complete all 100 in advanced mode 🙂
Here from the #2020challenge, honestly I don't think I can do this, but I'm going to try! I will edit this after I'm done.
EDIT: So… I did almost 10 in the advance way. I did the rest on the beginner mode. I had to take some breaks to give my arms a rest. But I would make up for whatever ones I didn't do with her. I made it to the end in beginner mode. At one point I tried switching back to advanced mode. I got to 2 and was like NOPE! I definitely felt this.
I can’t believe I just finished this without stopping, this was sooo INSANE. I forgot where I was for a minute 🤯
Ok so I never have commented on any video before but wow this workout is tough but it really works! I have done this workout 3 times this week and wow I can see a difference! My waist is so much smaller and my stomach is more toned. I feel so much more stronger! I even have the line down my stomach! Yaaaaaay!
