Wow. Cassey, I’ve been doing your workout since January 2021, and I remember the struggle. Doing surffer was hard, I can’t even finish the whole workout properly. But today, I just finished this whole workout without stoping! I feel better each day, even though I still haven’t clean eating yet, but I try my best. I feel more confident and positive, and I’m so motivated to keep this healthy lifestyle. Wishing everybody a happy and healthy life! <3
