Awesome work out! I started doing these instead of lifting/running at the gym. I feel like a get the same burn in a third of the time.

He moves waaay too quickly between sets – he's at very advanced level and for anyone 2% less capable it's incredibly difficult to keep up. Great workout just wish he'd give a few more seconds between sets.
Can I do the push-ups on my knees?
That was a little fast for me so I had to pause the upper body section almost every time to finish the 10 (you're fast Daniel!). But it was a great workout! Thanks again FB!
