My nerves and muscles thank you. I didn't relize how tense they were. The swich sides made the palm of my hands feel better.

After feeling the benefit of Kelli's Lower Body stretch, I added this one on after my upper body weights routine. Thanks, Daniel- simple but effective. The stretches go on much longer than I usually hold them for (got used to Les Mills quickie stretches after BodyPump) and that is doubtless what is helpful here. I felt much less stiffness than usual even though I have been increasing intensity in my workout. Much appreciated!

I found this video after having lots of success with the lower body stretches. I've definitely loosened up and have less neck pain now, but oh man. My shoulders hate me when I'm doing the stretches but they love me after.

I do this to recover from lifting, which I'm new to and have DOMS from. This basically erases the pain. Thanks Daniel, FB4life =P

Even though I don’t enjoy exercise, I DO enjoy these short, easy to follow videos. No hype. No distracting noises or things in the background, slow and steady. Thank you so much.

I just realized after my strength training I didn’t even do a warm up.😂 At least I remembered my cool down.

I’m so thankful for this. I had upper shoulder tightness after a workout on the oculus quest 2 and I didn’t want to do the stretch with the workout game I was using because I was already drenched in sweat. This really helped me ease those muscles. Thank you so much.
