Do this twice, or add cardio of choice, like 10 hill sprints, or 10 minute jump rope. I have found that after 40yrs old, you can do any type of exercise, but you have to cut calories way way down unfortunately. Tried 3 healthy meals a day, did not work. Six small meals means you are eating all the time and comstantly hungry. So now I am just going to cut out dinner, or no food after 4pm. Sounds harsh, but I will go back to the only thing that works for me. That or contracting the flu.

Great workout! I just think the instructor speaks too fast. Just recommend her speaking a little slower for those of us who aren't dancers, but still very good workout!
