PSA: Don't do this workout immediately after an arm workout. I did the blogilates Angel Arms workout and couldn't hold myself up in side plank omg. Do this workout first before any arm ones lmao.

Man, the results are crazy awesome !! I’m currently doing the 7 day thigh challenge, I’m on day 4 so I had to add the second workout but oml I feel amazing !

I have been doing this one for years. Out of all the abs/obliques workouts from her that I do, this is the one that NEVER fails to make me ache the next day. Love it! Would love it to have a part two!
