okay, this workout is quite brutal, i'm sweating a lot, even it isn't cardio 😀 can you suggest, what should i of instead od pull up if i have no equippment? i did tricep dips, but i don't think it's equal to pull up. thanks

Five years later this is STILL the most challenging workout I have ever done. Love the HIIT workouts and the 1000 calorie marathons, but this one sets the standard for functional strength and body control.
great workout my only concern Daniel is this gonna release TOO much cortisol? I am trying to boost my libido and testosterone???
I'm basically working out my whole life (30+y) and consider myself in very good shape but I always gladly come back to this workout, cause it makes you so humble at the end.
I managed!!! Not sure I survived entirely but it was definitely brutual DD: Hard to believe it was bodyweight only 😛
