The ad breaks in between are quite useful. Not sure if this was intended or not. 😀

You have to play the video twice to get the full 4 rounds. 🙂

Movement in exercise helps relieve stress by producing a relaxation response which serves as a position distraction.

Hey, have you heard of BELLYfatTACK yet? Just copy and paste BellyFATtack.com to the browser to go to their site… On there you can find a helpful free video by a recognised medical doctor teaching on how you can reduce fat. It made it possible for Khalid to reduce his belly fat. Just give this a shot. Hopefully it works for you also.

Wow. Excellent video clip.

My brother used to be a fat. He went from 293 lbs of fat to 219lbs of full-strength muscle mass. Shit's extreme! I just signed up myself because I wanna beef up. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Search on Google)…

this was a great low impact workout! loved it. one question though. why is it called 100 reps when there are way more than 100 reps in the video? i didn't count but there's probably over 400 total reps.

If I do this video once through, does it burn about 250cals(half the figure on your website) or does doing it twice a day have an overall higher calorie burn? If it does (and I think so, from what I've learned from you guys!) how many calories will doing this once burn, roughly?

Did the video twice through without stopping to achieve the full 100 reps. I'm used to you guys only counting mountain climbers on one foot, so I did a whole lot more! On the flipside, you did count crisscross crunches on only one side. Regardless, I have a great sense of accomplishment and it wasn't nearly as brutal as I imagined. More of these max-rep workouts would be awesome!

Dear FB, is it better to do two workout sessions (not this rep workout specifically), one in the morning and one later on or just one workout a day? This is assuming that the total workout time a day is the same.
