i only got about 20
I wounder how well this would work doing in a Tabata style? So 20 seconds as hard and as fast as you can keeping good form. Then 10 seconds rest. Repeat 8 times for a total of 4 min.

At the end you say to let you know how many we did?….I didn't know I was suppose to be counting…but, even if I did, I wouldn't be able to count…I was doing good not to fall over and to keep breathing. HA! But it got my heart pumpin'! Gotta do something besides sitting in an office chair all day hahaha
