Doing this in the basement while I give my two body destroying toddlers some tablet time. Guys if you think, "girly exercises for arms, shyaah!", you're wrong. Especially if you haven't been to work or at a gym regular with the cov thing, this should do something to help. This girl must be strong, be because some of these can be a bit tough( especially if u got out of shape the last 2 months💩). Good workout. If I ever dated her I would hope she doesn't do the shoulder punch thing😰, for a girl not having man shoulders ( or even compared to some men WITH man shoulders), she must be strong🦸‍♀️

I am working from home now, my "office" in in my bedroom. The sitting was killing my back… everything. So, part of my exercise routine is every hour I do 5 minute workouts; 8 hour day 40 minutes. It breaks up the day and gives me s complete workout.
