No, you don’t need a ladder! It’s equipment free. This is a timed HIIT (high intensity interval training) and fat burning, muscle toning routine! Here’s how it works: The first round, you do each move for 45 sec each. Second round is 30 sec a move. And third and final round is 20 sec a move. The moves are:
1. Froggy hops
2. Pushup plank
3. Inner Thigh lunge
4. Criss-cross abs

I loved this workout. I completed it without a break and if you didn't it's totally fine and you did a wonderful job. You pushed yourself and it was great, wasn't it🥰🥰.

You're probably doing Cassey's calendar and ran into this workout again. I just completed it, so let me give you some encouragement and advice:
– There are no breaks so make sure you have water near you for the end and throughout transitions you're switching fast.
– Try to do full pushups and planks for at least one round next time!
You can do this! You've already done it before.

Loved the ladder so much.
Sep 18,I still can't do a push-up with good form and it sucks sometimes it makes me so angry like how much hard I have to work in order to achieve my goals.
